We require 24 hours notice for cancellation, rescheduling or change of appointment. If the required notice is not given, a cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted from the total value of the voucher or the deposit taken. To cancel or reschedule during business hours, please call 9821 3300 to talk to one of our staff members.
